Rotisserie cooking is the big draw, and roasted chicken with garlicky mashed potatoes is worth a special trip. Five beef baby back ribs melt off the bone and in your mouth, but addictive peanut and cilantro-spiked coleslaw nearly steals the show. Lighter option? Make a meal out of the flavorful Macho salad (juicy roasted chicken, half avocados, chunky Montrachet and signature cornbread croutons).”
